KEY prefers to recruit team members on the basis that they are self employed, but with a thorough training and support package provided by us. You will be asked to sign a licence agreement which carries various undertakings as to how you will carry out your responsibilities. Additionally, in return for the training and knowledge that you gain from us, you will for a period also be asked to work with KEY to the exclusion of our competitors.
Ideally, you should have several years of experience in a professional capacity, preferably with commercial banking experience. Remuneration will be dependent on your success in the business, but there are excellent opportunities for significant earnings and you will be free to manage your time in a way that works for you. You will be able to grow the business at a pace that suits you, and develop a sustainable income from your own client and introducer base.
