We arranged a £106,795 interest only loan over 10 years with a fixed rate for 5 years for an existing client who came back to Key to source finance to facilitate the purchase of a residential investment property in Southport. Our client is an Italian citizen and only had one set of accounts. Having found no appetite to support this deal through the High Street banks we found a Challenger bank who agreed to support, with a quick turnaround at the required LTV and attractive rate.
