Option 1
Fund 100% of the improvement costs (max £500,000) or 50% of the initial market value, whichever is lower, subject to a 70% loan to GDV. The interest rate at 0.95% PCM.
Option 2
Lender provides up to 70% of the purchase price, with the interest rate at 0.75% PCM. Applicants must have had experience in completing at least 2 similar projects.
